The Type LR girder clamp serves as a quick method for connecting steel beams or sections in instances where there are moderate load capacities. It is composed of two components - the clip and saddle - that enable the clamp to automatically adjust to accommodate flange thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 24mm. This versatile clamp is able to be used on both parallel and tapered flanges, up to 15°. Crafted from malleable iron, it is offered with a hot dip galvanised or zinc plated finish for optimal durability and resistance against corrosion.
