Cancellation & Returns
Full charges apply for orders that are custom-made or specially ordered for the buyer, unless we receive a written cancellation notice before we begin manufacturing or ordering raw materials. For stock items, you can cancel at any time before we allocate the goods to your order. However, if we receive a cancellation notice after allocation, a packing and handling fee will apply. If stock items have already been delivered, a transport charge will be added to the handling fee.
Refunds
If you wish to return unwanted goods, they must be in the original packaging and condition as supplied by us, and you will bear the return costs. Upon receipt and successful internal inspection of the goods, we will issue a full credit for the value of the goods.
If you’re returning goods due to our error, we will correct the issue as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
Please note that we can only process refunds after the initial payment has cleared.
Additional Online Terms & Conditions
Online customers have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days by giving written notice. The buyer will bear all costs associated with the return of non-faulty goods ordered online.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
