Shipping policy

  • Our minimum order charge is a competitive £10.00, which does not include delivery charges and VAT. Please note that all our prices do not include VAT.
  • A VAT of 20% is applicable to all items.
  • Our pricing is based on per box basis, with the quantity per box displayed on each product page, except for certain items sold individually.
  • Purchases must be made in box quantities. For instance, if an item comes in boxes of 200pcs and you need 1000pcs, you will order 5 boxes (5 boxes x 200pcs = 1000pcs). This does not apply to certain items sold individually.
  • Orders placed by 3:30pm on weekdays will be delivered to you, your customer, or site within 2 working days, subject to conditions.
  • We will inform you in advance if we are unable to meet the delivery schedule.
  • In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you and can arrange for a substitute upon your agreement.
  • We offer a range of delivery options for your convenience. Currently, we have 5 delivery options depending on when and where you want your goods delivered.
  • At present, we only ship within the UK through our online shop, but we plan to expand our delivery area soon. If you need a delivery outside the UK, please contact us directly.
  • If a suitable delivery option is not available, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to meet your needs. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, please contact us directly.
