The Type COM is a durable and budget-friendly decking fixing specifically designed to fit into the dovetail re-entrant channel of Tata Steel's ComFlor® 60 and ComFlor® 80 composite decking profiles. Consisting of a locking plate and wedge, this two-part fixing offers a zero-impact connection method that prevents delamination and damage to the concrete deck. Once the concrete deck has fully set, the Type COM can then be easily installed using a threaded rod, providing a convenient and efficient way to suspend building services.
