We aim to make returning products as straightforward as possible. If you need to return an item, please contact our sales team before sending any goods back so we can confirm the appropriate process.

Returns of standard stocked products require prior authorisation before goods are returned.
📦 Condition of Goods
Returned products should be unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
⚠ Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect all goods upon delivery or collection. Any shortages, incorrect items or visible damage should be reported within 48 hours.
📋 Bespoke Products
Specially manufactured, bespoke or non-standard goods cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
💷 Restocking Charges
Approved returns of standard stocked goods may be subject to a restocking charge.
